Problem Space
Statement goal- Trainers need an efficient way to manage their clients. Its very easy for clients to get side tracked or fall of the horse when pursuing a fitness goal. I hope to bridge the gap between the trainer and the client by providing a good system for client management in a client management fitness app or feature.
I want to understand common challenges trainers face when trying to manage a busy schedule for a client
I want to identify frustrations clients experience when following a fitness routine

User Interview Insights
Trainers loose ground with clients because of lack of communication
lack of compliance on the clients side is often due to lack of convenience.
Due to chaotic schedules trainers struggle with organization and consistency just like the clients do
Some trainers that are new to the industry need a way to provide competent assistance to the client when they don’t have all the answers.
My Idea is to create a fitness App that allows trainers to program and zero in on resistant behavioral patterns which interfere with clients reaching their goal. I want to provide users and trainers with a seamless experience that focuses on providing natural cues, freeing cognitive bandwidth and orients them towards productive behavioral patterns and makes compliance easy.
